Refund Policy

Short version: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months already billed. Email us and we'll make it right if something went wrong on our end.

Subscription

Chase The Split is a monthly subscription service at $4.99 per month, billed automatically each month through Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked. To cancel:

When you cancel, you keep access to Chase The Split through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Your account is not charged again after that.

Refunds

Because Chase The Split is a low-cost subscription ($4.99/month) with full access from day one, we generally do not issue refunds for monthly billing periods that have already started.

However, we will issue a full refund in the following situations:

To request a refund, email jay@chasethesplit.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Free Trial / Grandfathered Access

Users who created accounts before the subscription launch date may have been granted free access. This access is provided at our discretion and is not subject to this refund policy as no payment was collected.
