These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Chase The Split, operated by Chase The Split, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Chase The Split is a rowing analytics platform that allows users to import Concept2 logbook data, visualize pace and stroke efficiency, and interact with an AI assistant to analyze their training. The service is available at chasethesplit.com.
Access to Chase The Split requires a paid subscription at $4.99 per month, billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Some users who created accounts before the subscription launch date have been grandfathered in with free access at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until that date. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
You own your rowing data. By using Chase The Split, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data in order to provide the service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
When you connect your Concept2 account, you authorize Chase The Split to access your Concept2 logbook data through Concept2's official OAuth API. You may disconnect this integration at any time from your account settings.

Chase The Split is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Rowing analytics are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chase The Split, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
